The New Site

Where can I find the new website?

The website is still located at www.pops.ph.

Why can't I log in to the new site with my previous account?

All users must create a new account. We recommend using the same email address as before, to help us track your pending orders.

What about my pending orders from the old site?

Your pending orders are safe and sound! Just message us for updates!

Can I use a guest account?

There are no more guest accounts, all purchases must be made with a registered account on the new site.

Will my previous points carry over?

Only points from January 2020 onwards will carry over, as long as you sign up with the same email as before. Members may contact us on social media @popsbyco to confirm balance.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points after signing up by clicking on the icon on the lower right of the screen.

What can I use my points for?

Points can be used to redeem vouchers and special promotional items (to be announced). Click here for more details.

Can I earn points on sale items

No, POP! rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promos, unless otherwise specified.

Will I retain points if I cancel/refund my order?

Points earned from a cancelled/refunded order will be deducted from your balance.

I referred a friend. Where are my reward points?

You will receive your reward points when your friend completes his first purchase!

Will the points apply to in-store purchases or comic-odyssey.com?

This feature isn’t available yet for our physical stores or comic-odyssey.com, but watch out for future announcements!

How much are your products?

The price of our products vary, and can all be found on our website, www.pops.ph.

Where is your store?

The Pops by Comic Odyssey showroom is located at 4th Floor, Eastwood Mall, Libis.

Are your products authentic?

Our products are 100% authentic and sourced from either Funko or reputable regional and international distributors.

Do you buy Pops?

Yes! We are always in the market for grails and collections. You can message us directly on our social platforms (@popsbyco)Β or email your offers to pops@comic-odyssey.com.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

How can I pay?

We accept payment via PayPal, Bancnet Bank Deposit/Transfer, Online Bills Payment, Credit Card, SM Bills Payment, 7-Eleven, M. Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation in our system.

Is my order confirmed?

If you have an order reference number, your order is confirmed.

What's the status of my order/Any update on my order?

You may request the status of your order by messaging our customer service officers via DM on FB or IG. Please have your order reference number ready.

I haven't reached my order confirmation?

Please check your email spam folder for messages from info@comic-oddysey.com. If there is no message, please let us know via DM on FB or IG @popsbyco.

When will my orders arrive?

All pre-order arrival dates are estimated on the part of the manufacturer. Please allow for shipping and processing time. Arrivals will be announced on our FB @popsbyco.

Can I change order details (ie. Delivery Address, Mode of Delivery, Mode of Payment, Combining Order, etc.)?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation of payment, and changes may be accommodated on a case to case basis as communicated via DM on FB or IG @popsbyco. Please have your order reference number ready. Please note that changes to order details may incur charges.

Do you accept COD?

We can do cash on delivery (COD) by request. Please coordinate with our customer service officers via DM on FB or IG @popsbyco for order details.

I chose COD as a payment option. When do I get my points?

Your points will be awarded once payment is confirmed by our courier partners.

Do you accept store pickup?

Yes, we accept store-pick up at any Comic Odyssey branch (Eastwood, BGC, Robinson’s Galleria) within 5-7 business days. There is no shipping charge for this option. Please note that store pick-up cannot be combined with COD.

Can you find a specific Pop for me?

You may search our website www.pops.ph for any Pop!s you are seeking. If it is not available, or out of stock, we don’t have it. Stocks are being updated every day, so feel free to check back!

Do you accept requests or special orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept requests or special orders.

Do you do photo requests?

Due to the volume of requests, we can only accommodate photo requests on a strictly case to case basis, pending staff availability.

Shipping

Do you do shipping/delivery ?

We offer FREE shipping on 4” Pops via third-party courier within Metro Manila within 1-3 business days receipt of confirmed payment. Free shipping on Sale or Promotional items (where eligible) is within 3-5 business days.

For priority shipping:

Metro Manila – Php 100 flat rate

Provincial – Php 150 for the first Pop, plus Php 25 per additional Pop

Will my orders come with protectors?

All orders for shipping or store pick-up include 0.5mm protectors for individual 4” Pops worth Php500 and up.

How do you pack your Pops?

Our products are packed with care to ensure your orders arrive with you in the condition that they leave our warehouse processing facility, with a double layer of bubble wrap and double corrugated cardboard box.

Is 10/10 mint condition guaranteed?

PopsPH does not guarantee 10/10, 100%, or any other classification of mint condition on any order.

Can I change my order if I am not satisfied?

Items with shelf wear or minor packaging damage, as well as minor paint and packaging imperfections, are NOT eligible for exchanges. PopsPH is happy to replace orders featuring major packaging defects and/or damage that we may have caused or have control over.
